Hey! We’re a group of lifelong friends from Ukraine - Yana, Valerii and Vlad. We are passionate about sharing the flavors and traditions we grew up with.
Our goal is to introduce a fresh and authentic take on shawarma — inspired by the rich street food culture of Europe — to our new home in the United States.
What sets our shawarma apart is a unique preparation style influenced by the culinary traditions of Georgia and Turkey.
